1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WarshaFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

WarshaFlow offers the following subscription tiers:

All prices are in Euros and exclude applicable VAT/sales tax. For users outside the EU, VAT may not apply depending on your jurisdiction and business status.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will apply to renewals after the notice period, not to active subscriptions.

3. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically on the renewal date. We accept payment via credit/debit card processed through Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

If payment fails, we will attempt to retry payment up to 3 times over 10 days. If payment ultimately fails, your subscription will be suspended (not cancelled) until payment is successfully processed.

You can update your billing information anytime in your account settings. Receipts are sent to your registered email address.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We provide no refunds for partial months.

Refunds: No refunds are offered for unused subscription time. If you believe you were overcharged or have a billing dispute, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WarshaFlow for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Specifically, you may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or proprietary algorithms.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from WarshaFlow using automated tools.
• Resell, resale, or redistribute access to WarshaFlow as a service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• Use WarshaFlow for illegal purposes or to store illegal content.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage the Service.
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users.
• Violate intellectual property rights of WarshaFlow or third parties.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

WarshaFlow Content: All WarshaFlow software, documentation, design, and brand assets are owned by [PLACEHOLDER: Legal company name]. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use WarshaFlow solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service.

7. Warranties & Disclaimer

• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarshaFlow shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or business interruption.
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for WarshaFlow in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy.
• You engage in illegal activity or fraudulent billing practices.
• Your account is inactive for 12 months and you have no active subscription.
• We cease operations.

Upon termination, your access to WarshaFlow will be revoked. We may delete your account and associated data 30 days after termination. If you wish to preserve your data, export it before your account is terminated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of WarshaFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

11. Limitation & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WarshaFlow and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
• Any content you upload to WarshaFlow.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full effect.
